2. After Production Has Started:

Custom orders for diamond watches or hip-hop jewelry are made to your specifications. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
This is because the customization process involves unique materials and craftsmanship that are tailored specifically for your order. Therefore, we are unable to alter or cancel orders once production has commenced.

3. Order Modifications:

We are unable to modify or change the details of your custom order once it has entered production. Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your purchase.

4. The Ice Legacy’s Right to Cancel Orders:

5. Non-Cancelable Orders:
